KARL LINN'S DIGITAL MEDIA BIOGRAPHY
Around 2003 Iris Arts was considering a project whick explored the "Altruistic Archetype". On hearing the story of Karl's life Verona asked if she could interview his in depth as his life reflected a pattern of a personal who consistently worked to create a world where community, co-operation and fairness reigned. While Karl would have preferred a movie about the story of his life, their ongoing filmed interviews were deepening his understanding of his life. The work was an exploration into how to tell the story of a life in separate "chapters", rather than as a biography. Visuals were limited to old family pictures; the project was cut short by his untimely sickness and death. Working with Karl was a valued privilege and a teaching.
